This New Year’s Eve, Palermo invites you into a world of cinematic romance and grand, sleek Italian-Argentinian nostalgia.
Inspired by Italian film classics such as the iconic Big Night, this celebration is elegant, atmospheric, and full of heart.
Guests are welcomed with a glass of Taittinger Champagne on arrival before settling into a menu rich with old-world flavour, shared warmth, and Palermo’s signature charcoal-fired intensity. Expect a progression of empanadas, vitello tonnato and smallgoods from the Parrilla, followed by charcoal-grilled premium beef designed for sharing, accompanied by generous seasonal sides. The evening finishes with a classic Palermo dessert – silky, indulgent, and a perfect lead-in for that final toast.
Vintage film projections flicker against the walls, evoking Fellini dreamscapes and black-and-white glamour. Expect touches of candlelight and slow-burn charm – the kind that makes you lean in closer, stay longer, and toast a little higher to the year that was.
