Palermo is teaming up with Melbourne Fashion Week and offering a ‘cook-at-home’ experience so you can watch all of the M/FW events wherever you are with delicious food to enjoy.

Melbourne Fashion Week will run from 23rd – 29th November with a free program of online and in-person events.

MENU: $80 FEEDS TWO

Palermo sour cocktail - Pisco, Mirto Silvia Carta, Lemon Juice, Sugar Syrup, Bitters & Egg White  

Ostra - Natural Oysters & vinaigrette dressing

Empanadas - Traditional Argentinian baked pastry with beef, prune and roasted garlic

Ceviche on a spoon - Whitefish ceviche, char grilled grapes, melon dressing

Fugazzetta - Shaved serrano ham, rocket and truffled pecorino sandwich  

Langostinos - Poached prawns with cocktail sauce 

Ambrosia - Coconut custard, fruit salad
