Leaning into its Italian influence, Palermo will be adorned with rich fabrics, elegant Venetian masks and old-world charm, while its signature asado firepit and parrilla grill remains in full flame. You'll be welcomed with an arrival cocktail before settling in for a masterfully curated five-course feast by Head Chef Jack Tildesley.
