Taste of Argentina Returns: A Five-Course Celebration of Terroir at Palermo
Palermo’s much-loved Taste of Argentina wine tasting returns this June, inviting you to explore the country’s most expressive wine regions through a one-night-only dining experience.
Join us on Wednesday June 24th at 6pm as we journey from the high-altitude vineyards of Salta to the refined valleys of Mendoza and the cool-climate elegance of Rio Negro. Guided by wine expert Gonzalo Larre of Vino Del Mundo alongside Palermo’s own Harry Scott, this immersive evening uncovers how Argentina’s diverse terroirs shape wines of character, depth, and distinction.
A five-course Argentinian menu has been carefully crafted to pair with each pour by Junior Sous Chef Carolina and Chef de Partie Fernanda, showcasing the bold, fire-driven flavours of the parrilla. Expect premium cuts kissed by charcoal, seasonal produce, and dishes designed to elevate every glass.
The wine lineup spans a vibrant spectrum. Beginning with a bright, textural Chenin Blanc from Luján de Cuyo, moving into a delicate yet expressive Pinot Noir from Río Negro, before arriving at two powerful reds: a high-altitude Salta Malbec with intensity and lift, and a structured, full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon from the Uco Valley. Each pour captures a different corner of Argentina’s winemaking identity.
Guests will also take home a curated gift bag, making this an unmissable evening for wine lovers and curious palates alike.
