Get ready to eat like your nonna’s watching.
Palermo is heating up this winter with Mangia Mangia - an indulgent long lunch celebrating the soul of Italian cuisine, reimagined through the smoky, fiery lens of our signature Argentinian Parrilla charcoal grill.
From north to south, each course nods to a different region of Italy, layered with delicate flavours, seasonal produce, and just a touch of Melbourne flair. It’s a feast of comfort and culture with a little extra char.
Argentina is home to one of the largest Italian immigrant populations in the world, and over generations, Italian traditions have woven their way into the heart of Argentinian culture - especially in the kitchen. Head Chef Jack Tildesley and Sous Chef Dolan Morris have carefully curated a five-course menu that celebrates this shared heritage, blending the time-honoured flavours of Italy with the fire-driven spirit of Argentina to create a menu that's both nostalgic and uniquely Palermo.
Expect five courses, a welcome cocktail to set the tone, and a menu designed to transport you to Italy without the airfare. It’s generous, hearty, and full of love - just how nonna would want it.
Seats are limited, so book now and Mangia! the Palermo way.
